These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PrimeMowers and any purchase made through this store. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Store status and product availability

PrimeMowers is currently confirming Canadian supplier and dealer relationships. Product listings, prices, delivery coverage, installation options, warranty coverage, and availability are not final unless expressly confirmed on the applicable product page and during checkout. Displaying a brand name for educational or planning purposes does not represent an authorized dealer relationship.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, or attempt to interfere with the website or its security.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. Manufacturers and suppliers may change specifications without notice. Before accepting an order, PrimeMowers may correct errors, request additional property or delivery information, or confirm compatibility, installation requirements, availability, and final pricing.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment because of an error, supplier availability, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or another reasonable business or legal requirement. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping areas, charges, delivery methods, and estimated timelines depend on the product, supplier, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery location and for inspecting delivered equipment promptly.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Return and cancellation eligibility may differ for high-value equipment, assembled or installed products, used machines, special orders, and supplier-direct shipments. The return terms shown for the product and at checkout apply to the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.

Installation, operation, and safety

Outdoor power equipment must be installed, charged, operated, stored, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product and installation method are suitable for their property. Do not operate equipment where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Warranties and service

Manufacturer and supplier warranties vary. Applicable warranty terms, service procedures, and parts support will be disclosed before an order is accepted. PrimeMowers does not provide a warranty beyond any warranty expressly stated in writing, except where required by law.

Third-party services and links

The store may use Shopify and other service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, shipping, and support. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

PrimeMowers website content may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or educational purposes unless an authorized relationship is expressly stated.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeMowers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when an accepted order is placed govern that order, except where a change is required by law.
